Where Are You Now? Where Do You Want to Be?

These are the key questions that underpin all coaching. Exploring them can lead to transformational change.

Whether it’s building confidence, improving communication and relationships, or achieving specific goals, executive coaching is designed to bridge the gap between your current situation and your dreams and aspirations.

At the heart of great leadership lies the practice of coaching. Leaders who embrace a coaching mindset and seek coaching themselves are often the most effective. I believe in a coaching approach that taps into your innate strengths and wisdom—because you are not broken and do not need fixing.

Coaching has many definitions, but here are two that resonate with me:

Coaching will help you develop the awareness and skills to navigate complex professional landscapes, manage the overwhelm of daily demands, and maintain focus on what matters most. The results are better relationships, a calmer confidence, and greater resilience to weather the storms.

Benefits of Executive Coaching

Unlock Potential, Overcome Challenges, Build Confidence, and Improve Relationships

Transformational change comes from coaching. You can be happier, more productive, and more successful by a commitment to the growth and learning coaching offers.

Develop reflective skills to see new and better ways to do things

Explore behaviours, beliefs, and habits blocking the way forward

Improve interpersonal skills and challenging communication

Develop tools and practices to make better choices

Improve awareness of others and other perspectives

Understand ‘how to be’ as well as ‘what to do’

Accreditation Matters

It’s essential to work with a qualified and accredited coach. Accreditation ensures a coach is trained, competent, and operates within an ethical framework. I hold accreditation from the Association for Coaching (AC) and I am committed to receiving ongoing coaching supervision to ensure the highest standards of practice.

I love learning about new approaches, perspectives, and tools, so regularly invest in my own professional development, and then bring these to my clients. Lego Serious Play and Coaching with Clean Language have been particularly helpful to people.

Coaching Tools & Approaches

Each coaching session is tailored to meet your personal needs, drawing on proven tools and approaches to foster growth and clarity.

Strengths Cards from At My Best

Lego Serious Play

At the start of our coaching relationship, we will explore what matters most to you, what is working well, and what you want to change. We clarify your goals and understand your  challenges. There are usually practical quick wins, and deeper, more profound insights too. Common coaching themes include:

Self-Leadership – enhancing self-awareness, managing personal effectiveness, and regulating your behaviour

Goal-Setting – setting clear direction for yourself and your team, and measuring success whilst maintaining agility

Developing Others – understanding how to lead, motivate, and delegate to bring out the best in people

Values Alignment – connecting personal and organisational purpose and values and bringing them to life

Effective Communication – understanding different perspectives and handling difficult or high-stakes conversations

Emotional Intelligence – broadening your reflective and relational skills, such as empathy and compassion

Sometimes, the best coaching session is simply holding a space for reflection, with a few helpful questions. This quiet, focused time allows you to harness your own deep wisdom.

Insights for Change
