WHY ISN’T YOUR BUSINESS MORE PROFITABLE WHEN YOU WORK THIS HARD?
It sounds like a rhetorical question or even a challenge, but it is the question I am asked most often by SME owners about their own businesses, so I can’t apologise for the directness of the title. Working really hard and with very long hours isn’t guaranteed to get you where you want to be, even if you feel you really, really deserve success. I wish it were that easy. Most of the good things in life are upstream, and do require some effort, but success doesn’t have to mean the final sacrifice in terms of effort!
Three Oxfordshire clients asked me over the summer to distil the work I do with larger businesses and present it in a bite size format for smaller companies. That's why I am running a course on the Oxford ring road starting October 14th, a half day once a month. The course is called simply, PLAN FOR SUCCESS.
Participants will create their own clear, inspiring, business plan and put it into action.
